Nessie

The Loch Ness monster, affectionately known as Nessie, often described as a large long-necked creature of the deep in the highland waters of Loch Ness, its long reptilian body rises from the waters in two or more humps as it glides through still waters. There have been many reported sighting of Nessie but most, if not all, have involved some level of jiggery-pokery with a lens. For me, I would soonest rely upon the facts of the folk that live near by, for when they describe how Nessie appears in a fuddle of scotch mist and is readily seen through the distorted lens of a dram glass, I believe them!

Here Nessie is merrily making an appearance in a dram glass, swimming in the waters of life with the bonnie heather hills of the highlands beyond. A ripple base is seen through the transparent 'amber nectar' colour of the whisky and mirrored acrylic highlights the shine of the glass.
