Holidays:

If orders are placed between 6-14th April, they will be processed on the 15th onwards due to the Easter holidays. 

Orders within the UK: 

All orders within the UK will be shipped within seven working days after the order has been placed. (Unless otherwise stated) 

Tracked Royal Mail postage who aim for delivery within three to five working days.

International orders:

International orders will be shipped within seven to ten working days. (Unless otherwise stated)

Orders which are sent to the EU may be taxed at the border and may incur a customs clearance/duty/handeling fees in the receiving country. Please be aware it is up to the buyer to be aware of and pay the relevant fees. 

(Seller is not responsible for any additional fees incurred during shipping.)  

All orders will be shipped using Royal Mail. Tracked delivery to Europe in three to five business days (This may be longer now due to Brexit) and the rest of the world in six to seven business days. (This may take longer due to Coronavirus)

Product care: 

Store all products out of direct sunlight to prolong the colour.

Clean using a microfibre cloth. 

Please do not use abrasive solutions.
